Workshops and Meetings
At ICOS+ you will have the opportunity to attend workshops or discussion sessions on topics related to the Outdoor Sports.
The workshops will focus on research, technical skills, or professional practice. They will be free of charge, with limited spots available, and can be selected during your registration.

P1 | European Network of Outdoor Sports (ENOS): STANDOUT- Standards for Outdoor Sports Cities and Urban Areas | João Zamith (ENOS board member)
The STANDOUT project sets standards for outdoor sports in urban areas to improve community well-being, inclusivity, and sustainability. It tackles physical inactivity and inequalities by promoting green and blue spaces, fostering stakeholder collaboration, and reshaping urban planning to encourage healthier lifestyles using nature-based solutions.
