ICOS+ International Congress will host several activities from plennary sessions, to workshops, poster sessions, meetings and fun activities to keep you moving and bonding with nature and connecting to others.

Plenary conferences
30-minute conferences | 2 per theme | 8 plenaries in total with academics and reference institutions.
Parallel sessions and Posters exhibition
1 session per theme| 4 parallel sessions in total
Workshops and Thematic discussion sessions
At ICOS+ you will have the opportunity to attend workshops or discussion sessions on topics related to the Outdoor Sports.
The workshops will focus on research, technical skills, or professional practice. They will be free of charge, with limited spots available, and can be selected during your registration.

Physical activity
As a catalyst and enhancer of relationships between participants. You will have the opportunity to engage in physical activity in the morning (before the start of the sessions) and at the end of the day. Registrations will be done daily, and the activities will be varied and adapted.
Publication opportunities
Internationally circulated scientific journals, recognized in the field | Indexed proceedings book (indexing in progress).
Social program
You will have the opportunity to participate in a range of social activities, including cultural visits to prominent cultural and natural sites in the Ribatejo and Alentejo regions. Additionally, you can take part in sports activities or cultural events such as the European Outdoor Film Tour.
European Outdoor Film Tour
The European Outdoor Festival (EOFT), the biggest outdoor film festival in Europe, has been showcasing top adventure and outdoor films across numerous European countries every fall and winter since 2001.The EOFT offers a two-hour program that takes audiences on thrilling journeys, featuring adventurers pushing their limits in activities like mountaineering, climbing, mountain biking, kayaking, paragliding, skiing, snowboarding, and more.
